Owl's Bread Bakery in Mansonville is situated 10 minutes from the Owl's Head ski and golf resort and 20 minutes from Jay Peak ski and golf resort in Vermont.

We bring you a cuisine of fresh local organic produce with no preservatives or powdered mixes. We make our own stocks and sauces. The only fat we use are butter, olive oil, duck fat and a small amount of peanut and sesame oil for certain vinaigrettes.  All of our dishes are cooked when ordered and we use local products as much as possible:  Brome Lake Duck, local organic vegetables in the summer, wild mushrooms picked in our surrounding woods, maple syrup and local cheeses.

The evening restaurant accepts groups of a minimum of 12 or more for private parties or gatherings.
