
Our Magog bistro is serving the same menu all day long (see lunch menu) with several specials similar to the Mansonville evening specials.

Our menus highlight our breads, baked fresh daily, sandwiches or paninis, made with some of our homemade specialities such as smoked salmon, potted rillettes, duck liver mousse. These are also served as cold plates. We also serve fresh salads, seasonned with different homemade dressings.
In Magog, we are serving a few specials of the day similar to the dinner specials in Mansonville. During the summer, we are grilling on our terrace barbecue some delicious specials such as mahi mahi, salmon, tuna, sirloin steak or halloumi (Cyprus) cheese.
We are using as much as possible, local products: Brome Lake duck, Highwater Deer Farm venison, organic vegetables in the summer, wild mushrooms picked in the woods surrounding Mansonville, wine from Le Cep d’Argent vineyard…
